Introduction:
DeShi rubber slurry pump, the damp areas are manufactured of anti-abrasive or corrosion resistance normal rubber, which
can be perfectly interchangeable with the metal components. Clientele can pick different materials components in accordance
to the slurry liquid situations, such as R08, R26, R33, R55, S31, S12, S42, S45, and so on. Rubber lined slurry pumps
are more appropriate in delivering high corrosive or abrasive slurries of little particle size with no tough

3. Bearing assembly – A big diameter shaft with limited overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to extended
bearing life. Only 4 by means of bolts are essential to keep the cartridge type housing in the frame.
4. Pump frame – A rigid, a single-piece casting cradles the “cartridge” shaft and bearing assembly. A nominal
variety of through bolts keep the pump casing to the body. An simple means of external impeller adjustment
is provided in a hassle-free situation beneath the bearing housing.
5. Impeller – EPT and rear shrouds have pump-out vanes. This style reduces recirculation and seal
contamination, Elastomer impellers are manufactured from rubber coated higher tensile steel, Solid-in impeller threads
need no impeller insert or nuts.
6. Liners – Rubber elastomer liners are interchangeable with hard metal. The elastomer liners are bolted,
not bonded, to the outer casing. Elastomer seal rings back again all liner joints.
7. Shaft seal – Packing seal,Centrifugal seal, and Mechanical seal.
